Semifreddo with raspberry
Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
200 ml. cream 33%
0.5 cups of sugar (250ml beaker)
1 package (10 oz.) Vanilla sugar
0.5 cups of raspberries
Preparation:
Zheltki Whip with sugar and vanilla sugar until daylight
Otdelno whip cream, mix both mass mixers
Add raspberries, stir and put the weight in the form,
Put in
the freezer overnight.
