4 tbsp. L. sugar
3 tbsp. L. sour cream
3 tbsp. L. flour
4 eggs

Cottage cheese, semolina, flour, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla mix in a bowl and whisk with a mixer until smooth with no lumps. The dough should resemble a thick cream. Form of grease with butter or oil and spread one tablespoon of dough. Now put one dessert spoon of condensed milk or any dried fruit.
